Prompt and clear answers

I just wanted to write a review for Nicole & the team. We adopted our Beagle from SingaporePuppyAdoption. It is our first puppy. Nicole has always answered our questions, promptly & clearly. Her patience helped to alleviate our worries. You can tell she obviously cares for the puppies and hope that they will be going to good homes.
