Clean and hygienic process

Excellent shop, the staff knowledgable and helpful. We bought a chihuahua and the after-sale support and care really went above and beyond expectations. Maybe not the cheapest but the service and support provided by Nicole are truly brilliant. I would suggest that the reason they don't let people touch the puppies is that they are not fully inoculated and that risks the dog's health, nothing to do with being mean! Anyway, highly recommended.
