Bella was owner surrendered to the shelter because they were moving and not able to take her with them.
The shelter says she is a happy and spunky little girl that loves people and loves laps. She does have some issues with her eyes that will require medication and the shelter thinks that she is partially blind, we will be sending her to the vet for further evaluation.
